I was glad to have the opportunity to do an installation in the Dickson Window Art Project Space at Wabaunsee Community College, Sugar Grove, IL, and to give a lecture on my work, and a workshop on paper casting, and the making of the flax fiber peanut shells.

I am excited that my new public sculpture, Canoe Fan, has been installed in Ann Arbor, by the Huron River, in Gallup Park. Learn more about it here.

I had a great time giving a talk and materials and process demonstration at The Chicago Cultural Center on on Saturday Feb. 27th, at 1 PM, along with artist Donna Hapac. There was a great turnout ( about 60 people) and we had a lot of fun.

I’m happy to report an exciting run for my recent exhibition at Packer Schopf Gallery, Nature2. The solo show was met with warm response from opening reception to closing night.
